Starting as a head chef in three restaurants by age 28, I transitioned into bartending and nightclub management, refining leadership and team skills. At 30, I graduated as a certified fitness trainer, specializing in functional training, CrossFit, and mental training. As a fitness instructor, I explored rest and recovery techniques like qigong and yoga.
Diving into applied psychology and behavior modification, I seamlessly integrated NLP and ACT principles, creating a holistic performance system. Today, I lead workshops, seminars, and retreats, fostering better individuals for positive contributions to businesses and structures with a sustainable impact on society and the planet.
